AC/DC to bring 'Black Ice' to Wachovia Center Nov 17
On the heals of the release of their newest album Black Ice, AC/DC brings their widely-anticipated “Black Ice World Tour” to the Wachovia Center on Monday, November 17 at 8 p.m. Tickets at $92.50 will go on sale this Saturday, September 20 at 10 a.m. via ComcastTIX.com, 1-800-298-4200, the Wachovia Complex Box Office, and select ACME locations.
The worldwide tour - the bands first since 2001 - promotes AC/DC's latest studio album Black Ice. Black Ice will be released on Monday, October 20 and sold in the US exclusively at Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and ACDC.com. The album is currently available for pre-order at Walmart.com and ACDC.com.
The album's first single, "Rock 'N' Roll Train" was released to radio on August 28 and immediately went to No. 1 at Rock Radio. The video will debut this Friday, September 19 on ACDC.com and VH1.com.
No Bull: The Directors Cut - a newly edited, comprehensive HD DVD of AC/DC's famed July 1996 Plaza De Toros De Las Ventas concert in Madrid, Spain - was just released last week. No Bull: The Directors Cut is remixed in Stereo and 5.1 Surround Sound including more than two hours of music and bonus features highlighting performances of the band's biggest hits. No Bull: The Directors Cut is sold in the US exclusively at Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and ACDC.com.
